A tactile and 'slicey' Chinese style cleaver ground from 26C3 high carbon steel, this steel takes a great edge! The surface finish is a forced mustard patina which adds to the protection of the steel. Handled with fully stabilised / red dyed spalted silver birch.
325 grams and 30cm long.
A beautiful example of a Nakiri ground from 26c3 high carbon steel complete with a stunning hamon. Razor sharp and very tactile in the hand. African Black Wood handle with a G10 and Elm ferrule.

A striking carving knife with a funky multicoloured handle and a wrap around pattern. Razor sharp AEB-L stainless steel.

A classy Nakari in AEB-L stainless steel ground to surgical edge. Hand finished to satin and completed with a Snake wood handle which incorporates a black / blue G10 ferrule.

The pinnacle of stainless steel, Swedish Vanax, hugely expensive but its a 'high end steel' A stunning knife which will be the centre piece of any collection, flat ground with a 15 degree secondary edge and surgical sharp! The handle is fully stabilised Mango wood with red liners and carbon fibre pins.

Swedish powder steel technology at its finest! A technically advanced steel with a fully stabilised burl Elm handle that has been cast in translucent blue resin. Combined with blue liners and black carbon fibre handle pins it really is a 'pretty petty' A full flat grind with a 15 degree edge, scary sharp with a performance to match!

A strikingly handled kitchen knife ground from AEB-L stainless steel to a full flat profile and a frightening sharp 15 degrees per side. The handle is 'crazy fibre' with black carbon fibre pins.
